Teamwork plays a huge part in the Texo working model and we encourage our team to share knowledge willingly. At the same time, workers carry their own responsibility and we do not tolerate under-performance in ourselves or in others.

Texo Scaffolding’s Managing Director and owner, Robert Hayward, is crystal clear with all his staff about what he expects from them and how they should conduct themselves. Quite simply, he tells the team: “I want every client’s experience with us to be positive, professional and efficient.”
